Olivia's House Grieving Journals '14

Here is a link to a journal I created for a grieving center for children that have experienced a loss. They are given journals in their process of healing. I titled the journal "Easier Done Than Said" because it has a scrapbook theme to it for the kids to convey how they are feeling without having to verbally express them. Throughout the journal there are activities that enable the reader to cut, tear, rip, add, and decorate things as they wish in order to make the journal as personal as they want.

Self-Portrait '13

This was a "self-portrait" assignment. I took a profile picture of myself and made that into a silhouette and then placed a portrait picture of myself over that. I then created a barcode image over those two to symbolize identity. In the background are words that describe me and things I like.
